Every once in a while, we find ourselves stuck in patterns and situations that leave us feeling empty and disconnected from our authenticity. Identifying those blockages is important to move forward.
When setbacks pile up, it is easy to become overwhelmed and lose hope. When this happens, we can feel entrapped and not see a path forward. Finding your light at the end of the tunnel is possible.

I’m a Transpersonal Psychologist and holistic counsellor with over 25 years of experience helping individuals reconnect with their inner resilience, heal emotional wounds, and step into lives of deeper meaning and balance.
Blending transpersonal psychology with holistic healing and conscious living practices, I offer an integrative approach that honours the mind, body, and spirit.

Attending the Freeing the Feminine workshop showed me the importance of making space for ourselves, as there is always something more we can work on or through. I enjoyed the range of exercises we engaged in, from journaling, creative expression, physical movement and more, especially as these are not things I would have known how to do for myself. Dr Nargis created a safe environment where we all felt comfortable enough to share more difficult emotions while never feeling forced to share anything we didn’t want to. I came away from the workshop series feeling lighter and grateful to have met a lovely group of ladies.
I am so grateful for the opportunity to have been a part of the experience and journey that Freeing the Feminine Spirit offered. Nargis held the space so beautifully, resulting in all of us feeling very comfortable to share deeply, vulnerably and authentically. The program allowed me to see, understand, sit with and shift parts of me that were holding me back. I left with more compassion for myself and my life journey and a deeper understanding of the relationships and patterns in my life. I can’t recommend this program enough. An absolute must for all women who are ready to go deep, excavate, hold, be curious with, and gently and lovingly uncover parts of themselves that are buried deep within their subconscious, freeing themselves from their past selves.

By letting go of what weighs me down, I welcomed clarity, fresh possibilities, and reconnection with parts of myself that had been sidelined. Some major personal actions were taken as a result of ‘Freeing the Feminine Spirit’. Every woman deserves a space like this: one that caresses the soul, honors vulnerability, and invites rebirth. I encourage every woman who is looking for a place of release and be rejuvenated.
Attending the Freeing Feminine Spirit workshop was truly worthwhile for several reasons. It was an eye-opening experience that allowed me to reflect on aspects of myself and my life that had previously been outside of my awareness. It was extremely triggering at times — my sensitivity and vulnerability were activated — which helped me see and understand what still needs healing and what deserves my attention. It was challenging, because we don’t always want to face the darker sides of ourselves, and at the same time very liberating. In summary, the workshop enriched my personal transformation and helped me deepen my self-awareness. It also gave me a deeper understanding of the human psyche. Nargis's knowledge and her ease in delivering such a complex topic made it all easy to digest. Most importantly, I took away the most beautiful gem of all — a sense of belonging to a community of amazing women who are warm, caring, courageous, driven, and wise - whom I meet once a month. I cannot recommend this workshop enough, as you might discover your own treasure too.
